For some reason, creativity is one of the most misunderstood superpowers that we all have. Yes, its a superpower. If you choose to embrace it, and to strengthen your creative muscles, wonderful things can happen.
By you, I mean every single one of you. I can hear it now though, many of you are thinking "I'm not creative. I don't have a creative bone in my body."
Those thoughts are born from myths about creativity that come from a society which likes to have control. Things like:

According to Forbes, these skills will be in demand for the next 10 years, along with data literacy and digitial literacy (which themselves require the ability to problem solve and think beyond what we see).
