10 Reasons to Embrace Your Creativity

For some reason, creativity is one of the most misunderstood superpowers that we all have. Yes, its a superpower. If you choose to embrace it, and to strengthen your creative muscles, wonderful things can happen. 

By you, I mean every single one of you. I can hear it now though, many of you are thinking "I'm not creative. I don't have a creative bone in my body."

Those thoughts are born from myths about creativity that come from a society which likes to have control. Things like: 
 
MYTH REALITY
Creativity is only about creative expression. Creativity can be found (and is needed) in almost every field.
Only certain people are creative. Everyone has the capacity to be creative.
Eureka! Moments A spark of an idea can happen in a flash, but usually creativity builds upon itself, in a long-term process. 
You can't learn/teach creativity. Creativity is a muscle that can be strengthened, and an innate ability we all can access.
